Went out, into the haze this morning.
The smoky smell lingers in the air and I have phlegm in my throat. I had a few really bad coughs just now, I tink I choked on the dust particles. My eyes are smarting and I had to keep blinking my eyes to keep the tears coming...
Reached the building and the air-conditioned environment. Relief but not for long...
Now, I m going into the haze in another 15 mins. Damn....

last nite I tot my contact lens is hurting my eyes... now i believe tt the haze is damaging my eyes when wearing lens liao... too dry...
ReplyDeleteIt hit an all time high of 150 yesterday night. I practically couldn't see anything beyond a 2m distance.
ReplyDeleteThe air smells terrible, my eyes were dry. It's woe time for people with sensitive eyes like mine.
I m glad its gone for a while...for now..the worst is we can't do anything but to breathe in the haze...I wonder if there is anything we can eat/ drink to cleanse/ nourish our lungs...
