Happy Rabbit Year!

I had the most tiring Chinese New Year week ever. It was however, one of the happiest one :)

It was the twins' first official CNY week. Xuan was in hospital the last CNY and I had to accompany her at hospital.

I had to take two panadols for the first two nites, in order to relieve my body aches. Why? I was busy trying to stop the kiddos from eating too much bak kwa and egg rolls, and preventing them from fighting over toys and ipad.

Did I mention before that my sis won an ipad in her company d&d? That's the fifth prize lor, fyi. The top prize was a pair of two-way air tickets to tokyo!!! - ok, I digressed...

3 kiddos = lots and lots of ang pows!

We recovered all our ang pow money give-away on the 1st day of CNY. (that's the day with the most no. of angpows) . We even got some money to celebrate their 2nd bdae coming wednesday.

Why didn't mr Fat and me save the money in the bank for them, you might ask?

We thought we should do that, but we are currently still quite strapped especially paying their school fees and milk powder...

3 kiddos = lots of attention!

I was caught off-guard when my smelly brother said, "Actually, you having the 3 kids is a good thing..." I was beaming with pride till he continued, "...at least this CNY, the attention is on the 3 kids and not on me...."

Well, he's right. At least no one asked him why he has not gotten himself a gf, when he intend to get married etc...

And the 3 kiddos are really attention-seekers. They would talk very loudly, cry very loudly and run rowdly at other people's residences. I pretend to be embarassed by them but I was actually very proud of them. So personable, sociable...like their mum. Haha ;)

3 kiddos = shopping galore!
I had an amazing time shopping for their clothes and shoes for CNY...you have no idea how pretty and how plenty little gals' clothes and shoes are.... cuteness overload...

3 kiddos = lots of love!
I had the most hectic CNY ever but also the most heartwarming one till now. My heartstrings are pulled

when yy said, 'mummy, xin nian kuai le, sheng ti jian kang, xie xie!'
when yx and yw cried and called out for me after I disciplined them
when yy said, 'mummy, ni bu ai wo le har?' if I paid more attention to her mei meis.

It's going to be a happy, hoppy year!
